Setting Up Your Work Email on Your Phone
Add Microsoft 365 email to your iPhone or Android in about five minutes.
Your work email travels with you. Here's how to add it:
iPhone: Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Microsoft Exchange. Enter your work email address, tap Sign In, and enter your password when the Microsoft sign-in screen appears. Choose what to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendars) and save.
Android: Open Outlook for Android (recommended — free in the Play Store), tap Add Account, enter your work email and password, and you're done.
A note on security: If your company uses our managed security stack, your phone may prompt you to accept a security policy — things like requiring a screen lock. That's expected and protects company data if the phone is lost.
